Hi, I’m Hazel Ponsford and I work from my home office in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire supporting local and nationwide business owners.
I'm fortunate to have enjoyed a successful and varied career spanning many large corporate organisations and industries including, Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Manufacturing and Facilities Management.
My previous roles as a PA, Contracts Administrator, Communications Manager and a HR Professional have all helped me gather specialist skills and experiences that I now bring to small business owners and self-employed freelancers through my own business, Trusted VA.
I have always been a “doer” and love to get stuff done, especially when I can do the things that others can’t, or just don’t want to. I enjoy working in a supporting role and get real satisfaction from producing high quality outputs and making other people’s lives easier. It is really important to me that my customers feel they have a safe pair of hands and I work on a basis of transparency and trust.
I established Trusted VA to fulfil my dream of having my own business, where I provide high quality administrative support with the aim of helping business owners maximise their own time and profitability.
